What we collect

When you fill out our estimate form or chat with us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, ZIP code, project details and any photos or notes. When you book a time, Calendly collects your booking details under its own privacy policy. Our site may use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google and Meta) that set cookies to measure visits and ad results.

How we use it

We use your information only to respond to your request, schedule and prepare your estimate, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your personal information.

Calls and texts

By submitting a form or sharing your number in chat, you agree that Real Home Renovations may call or text you about your project, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

Chat assistant

The chat on this site is an automated assistant. Its answers are general information, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not a quote, contract or professional advice. Everything is confirmed at your on-site estimate.

Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract: the scope, price, schedule, payment terms and any warranty for a project are set only in a written agreement signed by both parties.
