Charleston humidity finds every shortcut. Every shower gets a continuous waterproof membrane and a water test before the first tile is set.

Freestanding tub, frameless glass shower, double vanity. Caulk lines straight, grout sealed, every fixture tested. Then we clean up.

Old cabinets, soffits and flooring out. Wiring, framing and subfloor checked while everything is open, and hauled away the same week.

Square, level, plumb.
Plumbing and electrical roughed in, drywall hung, cabinets shimmed dead level. Nobody sees this step, but it's why the counters fit.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Charleston?
It depends on size, layout changes and finishes, so we don't publish a price list. After a free 45-minute visit you get a detailed written quote for your project.
How long does a bathroom or kitchen remodel take?
A typical bathroom takes 12–18 working days from demo to walkthrough. Kitchens usually run 5–7 weeks, depending on cabinet and countertop lead times. We give you an estimated schedule before we start.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. Payment terms for your project are spelled out in your written quote before any work starts.
Do you use subcontractors?
One crew runs your project from start to finish. When a licensed trade is required by code, we schedule and supervise it. You never coordinate anyone.
How do you deal with Charleston humidity?
Every shower gets a continuous waterproof membrane and a water test before tile. On floors we moisture-test the subfloor first and use waterproof products where it makes sense.
What areas do you serve?

Do you handle permits?
Many projects need one, including most decks, structural changes and plumbing or electrical work. When a permit is required, we help with the drawings, filing and inspections, and we tell you at the estimate which ones apply.
What if you find a problem behind the walls?
We check for moisture, soft subfloor and old plumbing at the estimate. If something hidden turns up once walls are open, we stop, show you photos, explain the fix and price it in writing. Nothing extra happens without your OK.
Is there a warranty?
Coverage for your project is spelled out in your written agreement, and we go over it at the estimate. Products like flooring, fixtures and composite decking also carry their manufacturer's warranty.
Can I buy my own materials?
Yes. We install materials you've bought and review quantities and specs before delivery so nothing comes up short. Or we supply everything, which keeps lead times and returns on us.
